Beautiful hotel! There's a game room, a grill, basketball court, all free to use. For the grills the front desk has everything you need all you have to do is bring your food.
The showers are extremely awkward there is only one half that guards the water, so when you shower water goes everywhere!
The staff is friendly, however 1 major problem I had was I booked a handicap accessible room for my companion. Upon arrival I was given a regular room, when I told front desk; I was told they were all out, mind you handicap rooms are supposed to be guaranteed! I talked to 3 different staff members all seemed very eager to help however after 6 nights at the hotel I was never given a handicap room. Luckily, I was across the hall from a handicap room and the lady there allowed my companion to shower in her room at night since my shower was standing only.
I find it hard to believe that for 6 nights not 1 handicap room was made available, therefore I deducted 2 stars.
